INC., Consulting Civil Engineers <br />and Municipal Planners, whose address is 18 North San Pedro <br />Street, San Jose, California, 95110, hereinafter referred to <br /> <br /> as "CONSULTING ENGINEER". <br /> <br />RECITALS <br /> <br /> CONSULTING ENGINEER is a duly licensed and qualified <br />engineer, experienced in providing engineering services for <br />all types of roadway improvements, the preparation of plans <br />and specifications for said improvements, and estimating costs <br />thereof, and is experienced as a consulting engineer in all <br />matters connected therewith, and has offered his services for <br />the purposes specified in this agreement. <br /> <br /> <br />
