RESOLUTION NO. 82-174 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT <br /> FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES <br /> <br /> NORTH PLEASANTON IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Pleasanton resolves: <br />This City Council approves that certain agreement <br />between the City of Pleasanton and MARK THOMAS & CO., INC., <br />Consulting Civil Engineers & Municipal PlannerS', for services as <br />consulting engineer for North Pleasanton Improvement District, <br />City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, California, dated the 25th <br /> <br />day of May , 1982, and attached to this resolution. <br /> <br /> The Mayor is authorized to sign the agreement and the <br /> <br />City Clerk is authorized to attest its execution. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution <br />was duly and regularly adopted by the City Council of the <br />City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, California, at a <br />regular meeting thereof, held on the 25th day of May, 1982. <br /> <br />AYES: <br /> <br />Councilmembers <br /> <br />NOES: <br /> <br />Councilmembers <br /> <br />ABSENT: Councilmembers <br /> <br />Brandes, Mercer, Mohr, Wood, and }layor Butler <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />JAMES R.
