11. Time of Payment of Engineer's Fee "C": Items to be <br />paid for on the basis of Engineer's Fee "C" shall be due and <br />payable to CONSULTING ENGINEER thirty (30) days from date of <br />invoice, in accordance with the following schedule: <br /> <br />Progress billings are to be made once each thirty <br />days during the progress of the work. <br /> <br /> 12. Determination of Fee and Work to be Included in <br /> <br /> Engineer's Fee "D": The professional services <br /> <br />covered by Engineer's Fee "D" shall include the following: <br /> <br /> In order to complete the improvements as set forth in <br />the petition of work for the North Pleasanton area, <br />engineering design services for the design of improvements may <br />be determined necessary by the CITY'S Director of Public Works <br />in order to complete the required work. <br /> <br /> Upon written authorization by the Director of Public <br />Works, the Engineer shall provide the following design <br />services under Engineer's Fee "D": <br /> <br /> Engineer"s maximum Fee "D" shall be determined as <br />set forth in Figure 2, page 29, Manual No. 45, Consulting <br />Engineering, prepared by the Committee on Professional <br />Practice of the ~merican Society of Civil Engineers, dated <br />1974, as amended.
