construction cost for each portion of the project, including <br />the estimated construction cost of work assessed and not <br />constructed and including Fxtra Work which may be ordered by <br />the CITY which involves the professional services of <br />CONSULTING ENGINEER. <br /> <br />Work will be performed on a time and materials basis not to <br />exceed maximum Engineer's Fee "C" as set forth herein and <br />shall include the following: <br /> <br />a. Obtaining property owners' names and addresses. <br /> <br />b. Preparation of an Assessment District boundary map <br /> <br /> and assessment diagram. <br /> <br />c. Preparation of rules for distributing assessments <br /> under supervision of the Director of Public Works. <br /> Preparation of the assessment roll, and such other <br /> documents as may be necessary in an assessment <br /> proceeding. <br /> <br />d. Furnishing trial spreads showing distribution of <br /> <br /> assessments for City review. <br /> <br />e. Furnishing itemization of District's share of project <br /> <br /> costs. <br /> <br />f. Furnishing 20 copies of Final Assessment Spread and <br /> <br /> bound Engineer's Report. <br /> <br />g. Respreads as a result of amended assessments based on <br /> a final redistribution of costs shall be included <br /> under this item of work. <br /> <br />b. Preparation of supplemental distribution of <br /> construction costs. <br /> <br /> <br />
