Pursuant to the court orders, building permits must <br />be obtained within three (3) years after purchase of any <br />sewer system connection permits, or such permits shall be <br />canceled; however, if an owner/builder is precluded from <br />obtaining building permits for a specified period of time by <br />reason of the action of a governmental agency, the three- <br />year deadline for obtaining building permits will be extended <br />for an amount of time equal to the time obtaining building <br />permits has been precluded. <br /> <br /> D. Owners intend to develop custom houses on their' <br />respective lots. In order to allow Owners time to perfect <br />such plans, in order to regulate construction of residential <br />units in an orderly manner, and in order to avoid poor <br />hillside development practices by allowing development <br />during the rainy season, it is in the public interest to <br />defer the issuance of building permits for the subject lots. <br /> <br /> E.
