Owners are the owners <br /> <br />located in Pleasanton, <br /> <br />as follows: <br /> <br /> Dr. Howard F. Long -Lots 9 and 10 <br /> <br /> Syed Iftikar - Lot 4 <br /> Wayne Schaffnit - Lot 8 <br /> <br /> of Tract 4257, filed November 11, 1979, Map Book 114, Page <br /> 78, Alameda County Records. <br /> <br /> B. O~ers have purchased four (4) D.U.Eo (Dwelling <br /> Unit Equivalent) sewer system connection permits for use in <br /> development of the subject lots, such permits having been <br /> issued by the Dublin-San Ramon Services District pursuant to <br /> Alameda County Superior Court Orders in Civil Action.~o. <br /> 423134. Ten (10~ permits, bearing Permit No. P-123, were <br /> issued to Dr. Howard Fo Long on August 27, 1979. Six of the <br /> ten permits have been utilized in the development of lots <br /> within Tract 4257. Dr. Long has assigned one permit to Syed <br /> Iftikar and one permit to Wayne Schaffnit and retains two <br /> <br /> ITALS <br /> <br /> in fee of certain real property <br />California, more particularly described <br /> <br />-1- <br /> <br /> <br />
