Special Districts. <br /> <br /> 2.1 If the City elects to finance all or any <br /> <br />portion of the costs of the Fire SafetyFacilities Require- <br />ments through the formation of one or more assessment dis- <br />tricts, special benefit districts, or other districts or <br />similar funding mechanisms ("Special Districts") requiring <br />approval by all or a majority of owners of the properties <br />included in the 'Special Districts, Developer shall (a) <br />consent to the formation of said Special Districts and waive <br />the right of protest to formation of said Special Districts, <br />or (b) affirmatively vote for the formation of said Special <br />Districts, as the case may be. <br /> <br />-4- <br /> <br /> <br />
