photographs, reports, legal information, rights-of- <br /> way, restrictions and easements. <br /> <br /> For the South Verona Road Underpass, COUNTY will pro- <br /> vide field survey and alignment information needed by <br /> ENGINEER to prepare the structural plans. <br /> <br /> For the Bernal Avenue Underpass and its designated <br /> street approaches, CITY will provide such supplemental <br /> topographic and elevation field survey data as may be <br /> needed by ENGINEER to supplement existing alignment <br /> data, Records of Survey, and "As-Built" street plans. <br /> <br /> Provide all traffic counts and projections of future <br /> traffic. <br /> <br />Hold all required special meetings, serve all public <br />and private notices, receive and act upon all protests <br />and fulfill all related requirements necessary to th~ <br />development of the Project, and pay all costs incidental <br />thereto. <br /> <br />Furnish ENGINEER with a copy of any design standards <br />for construction details that AGENCIES will require <br />ENGINEER to follow in the preparation of plans and <br />contract documents. <br /> <br />Review preliminary plans, estimates, and other docu- <br />ments presented by ENGINEER, and render decisions, in <br />writing, within a reasonable period of time. Give <br />prompt written notice to ENGINEER at any time AGENCIES <br />observe or otherwise become aware of any error, <br />omission, or defect in the Project. <br /> <br />Manage and be responsible for all negotiations with <br />owners in connection with land and/or easement acqui- <br />sition, and provide all appraisals required within a <br />reasonable period of time. <br /> <br />-7- <br /> <br /> <br />
