Upon timely request by ENGINEER, make all provisions <br />to enter upon public or private lands as required for <br />ENGINEER to perform such work as surveys, in develop- <br />ment of the Project. <br /> <br /> USE OF SPECIALISTS <br /> <br /> ENGINEER may retain and utilize specialists for certain <br /> portions of the work, such as soils and foundations <br /> explorations, field surveys and right-of-way engin- <br /> eering, landscaping, and architectural advice, subject <br /> to prior approval by COUNTY. <br /> <br /> TIME TO COMPLETE <br /> <br />1. This Agreement, upon its execution by all parties <br /> hereto, shall constitute ENGI~EER's authority to <br /> proceed with the work described herein. <br /> <br />2. ENGINEER's design work, as described in Section B, <br /> shall be completed within 300 calendar days after <br /> execution of this Agreement by all parties hereto. <br /> In the event that any portion of the Project is <br /> delayed for any reason, the remaining portions <br /> will continue without delay or interruptions. <br /> <br />3. The aforementioned time of 300 calendar days is <br /> based on the assumption that the data to be provided <br /> by AGENCIES under Section C hereof will be forth- <br /> coming without unreasonable delay, following the <br /> request for such data by E~GI~EER. <br /> <br />4. The'time during which ENGINEER is delayed in its <br /> work by acts or neglect of AGENCIES Or their <br /> officers or employees, or by acts of God which <br /> ENGINEER could not reasonably kave foreseen and pro- <br /> vided for, and which are not caused by, or the con- <br /> tinuance of which is not due to, any fault or <br /> negligence on the part of E~GI~ER, shall be added <br /> <br />-8- <br /> <br /> <br />
