Prepare applicable portions of the Special Provisions <br /> for utilization in conjunction with the Standard Speci- <br /> fications of the California Department of Transporta- <br /> tion, and all contract documents ready for advertising <br /> for bids. <br /> <br /> 8. Prepare detailed engineering estimate of construction <br /> cost. <br /> <br />9. Furnish COUNTY with 100 reduced sets of the design <br /> plans and 100 sets of the Special Provisions and Con- <br /> tract documents. <br /> <br /> Furnish to the appropriate persons and agencies any <br /> revisions or supplemental data needed by such persons <br /> or agencies. <br /> <br /> For the Del Valle and Bernal Avenue Underpasses, pro- <br /> vide right-of-way drawings, legal descriptions and <br /> title reports to enable AGENCIES to undertake appraisals <br /> and right-of-way negotiations and acquisitions. <br /> <br />C. AGENCIES' RESPONSIBILITIES <br /> <br /> CITY and COUNTY shall each furnish and/or perform the <br />following services: <br /> <br />1.
