ENGINEER is hereby authorized to <br /> enter into an agreement with Kenneth Lamb, Licensed Land <br /> Surveyor, for the aforesaid surveying and photogrammetric <br /> services. <br /> <br />3. Contract for and direct soil tests and subsurface <br /> investigations as necessary for the design and eventual <br /> construction of the three following listed underpass <br /> structures: <br /> <br /> ao South Verona Road Underpass at Milepost 37.2. <br /> b. Bernal Avenue Underpass at Milepost 41.1. <br /> c.
