manner resulting from, arising out of, or connected with <br />City's construction, operation and maintenance of the water <br />pipeline proposed to be built within the easement described <br />in Section I herein. <br /> <br /> VI. This agreement supersedes the letter agreement <br />dated April 10, 1980. Said letter agreement shall have no <br />more force or effect as to any obligations, rights, or <br />interests contained therein. <br /> <br /> VII.
