2. Company will, at its cost and expense, and at no cost <br />or expense to City, furnish all conduit material for the <br />installation of said underground supporting structure, and City <br />will construct and install said underground supporting structure <br />utilizing certain materials to be provided by City and certain <br />materials to be provided by Company to City, as herein provided. <br /> <br /> 3. City will, at its cost and expense, construc~ and <br />install said underground supporting structure. Such construction <br />by City shall be in strict accordance with the plans and <br />specifications therefor shown on said Exhibit A and to the <br />satisfaction of Company. No deviation from said plans and <br />specifications shall be permitted without the prior written consent <br />of Company's District Manager - Engineering, Mr. L. G. Hebert, <br />6377 Clark Ave., Room 200, Dublin, California 94566. City shall <br />give Company the opportunity to inspect the construction of the <br />underground supporting structure and coordinate with City to insure <br />that said construction is completed in accordance with said plans <br />and specifications. <br /> <br /> 4. The provisions of Appendix A, attached hereto and <br />made a part hereof, shall apply to any and all work performed or <br />caused to be performed by City for Company hereunder. <br /> <br /> 5. Upon completion of the construction and installation <br />of said underground supporting structure as provided herein, <br />Company shall from time to time thereafter perform other work <br />necessary to furnish communications service to its customers and <br />applicants for service along the route of said conduits by means of <br /> <br />- 3 - <br /> <br /> <br />
