report, summary letters, showing the appropriate values <br /> <br />for the various interests involved, sufficient to enable <br /> <br />City to begin negotiations for the right--of--way and, if necessary, <br />to support City's request for in~ediate possession in an <br />eminent domain lawsuit. Appraisers further agree that, prior <br />to preparing any final reportJ they will m~et with City to <br />discuss the bases for their evaluations. <br />III, Date of Completion <br /> <br /> Time is of the essence of this agreement and each and <br /> <br />every covenant and condition hereof. Appraisers shall be <br />responsible for performing the agreed upon services diligently <br />and skillfnlly in order to complete the sppraisal without <br />delay and in conformance with the time schedule set out <br />below, barring unforeseen delays beyond Appraisers' control. <br />A summary letter covering the Mobil Service Station site <br />interests shall be delivered to C~ty by October 20, 1982. A. <br />summary letter covering the Shell Service Station site shall <br />be delivered to City by October 25, 1982. A summary letter <br />covering all the affected sites shall be delivered to City by <br />November 1, 1982. The final appraisal report, referred to <br />above, shall be delivere~ to City on or before November 15, <br />1982. <br /> <br />IV. Title to Documents <br /> <br /> All reports, maps, plans, and all other documents <br /> <br />prepared by Appraisers in the performance of this agreement <br />shall become the property of City upon completion and <br />acceptance of the work. <br /> <br /> <br />
