V. Payment for Services <br /> <br /> In consideration of the faithful performance of this <br /> <br />agreement by Appraisers, City agrees to pay Appraisers <br />Thirty-two Thousand Dollars ($32,000.00) which shall cover <br />all services as set forth above. <br /> <br /> Payment shall be made within thirty (30) days after <br />receipt of Appraisers' invoice following acceptance of the <br />final appraisal report by City. <br /> <br />VI. Corrections and Extra Work <br /> <br /> Appraisers shall correct, at their expense, all errors <br /> <br />of omission or commission which may be disclosed during the <br />review of Appraisers' work. However, any work required due <br />to changes in concept or by changes in scope made after the <br />effective date of this agreement shall be compensated for <br />based upon time and material charge rates. Said rates shall <br />be Sixty Dollars ($60.00) for each manhour of Appraisers' <br />time and actual cost for materials. <br />VII. Non-Assignability <br /> <br /> This agreement shall be deemed personal to Appraisers. <br />Appraisers shall not assign, sublet, or transfer this contract <br />or any interest or obligation therein without the prior <br />written consent of the City, and then o~ly upon such terms <br />and conditions as City may set forth in writing. <br />VII. Workers Compensation <br /> <br /> Appraisers, by executing this agreement, certify that <br />Appraisers will comply with the provisions of Section 3700 <br />et seq. of the Labor Code of the State of California requiring <br /> <br /> <br />
