(2) Same partial taking but with loss of 8-9 <br /> parking spaces and substitute of landscaping. <br /> Estimate effect of above access, easement and <br /> partial taking. <br /> <br /> (3) Appraisal of City property (as presently encumbered) <br /> to be conveyed to Store Properties. <br /> <br /> (4) Value of (3) above plus a 15 x 200± square foot <br /> strip along the westerly line of property owned <br /> by Prudential. <br /> <br /> (5) Value of City property plus the 11,000% square foot <br /> triangular parcel (owned by Prudential) as encumbered <br /> with a landscaping easement. <br /> <br /> (6) Value of a strip along the westerly line of Store <br /> Properties, as encumbered, for possible exchange <br /> to Burger King. <br /> <br /> (7) Value of a separate strip along the westerly line <br /> <br /> of Store Properties, as encumbered, for possible <br /> conveyance to Mobil Oil Company remainder. <br /> <br /> D. Shell Service Station Site <br /> <br /> Fee taking along the westerly and northerly property <br /> lines, including lease interests, if any, and estimate <br /> of damage, if any, to remainder. <br /> <br />II. Reports <br /> <br /> Appraisers agree to prepare a final appraisal report, <br /> <br />acceptable to City, in narrative form containing all necessary <br />exhibi'ts, maps, and photographs of the subject properties.
