Prepare additional data and information as may be required at public meetings or hearings of the Mayor and City Council in its deliberations relative to the establishment of the revised water service rates and charges, SCHEDULE. The described services shall be completed within sixty (60) days after notification to proceed by the City. 5, COMPENSATION. For services provided under this proposal, City shall pay Consultant a sum In an amourt equal to $75.00 per hour for staff financing consultantes time expended on consulting services provided to City, to.become due and payable upon submission by Consultant of invoices not more frequently than monthly. The total sum of such payment is not to' exceed $5,000 without prior authorization of the City. 6. AVAILABILITY. During the entire course of employment hereunder, the Consultant shall be available at reasonable times for consultation and advice relating to the establish- ment of the City~s water setvide revenue program, and rate schedules, including attendance at public meetings as required. 7. LIMITATION ON SERVICES. Consultant is employed hereunder to render a professional service within the scope of its training and experience as a municipal financing consul- tant and any payments made to it are compensation solely for such service and advice. Con- suitant is not responsible for and shall not be held liable for any other expense or expenditure of any kind, including the following: a. Any and all legal or engineering expense of any kind whatever. b. Any ~nd all expense in connection with hearings or proceedings required by City ordinances. c. Any printing, advertising, publicity, etc., of such material or data as City may wish to have prepared in connection with Consultantes report or services heroin provided for, except those specifically excluded heroin.
