Detailed specifications will be prepared <br />covering all items of work and materials involved in the construction pro- <br />gram, including hydrostatic testing of the completed reservoir and the work <br />involved in laying pipe from the reservoir to the transmission pipe in <br />Foothill Road. <br /> <br />Phase Three - Construction Services <br /> <br />Task 11 - <br />Task 12 - <br />Task 13 - <br />Task 14 - <br />Task 15 - <br />Task 16 ~ <br />Task 17 ~ <br />Task 1B - <br />Task 19 - <br />Task 20 - <br /> <br />Respond to Bid Inquiries <br /> <br />Assist in the Evaluation of Construction Bids <br /> <br />Participate in Preconstruction Conference <br /> <br />Shop Drawing Review <br /> <br />Assistance with Change Orders <br /> <br />Liaison with City Staff <br /> <br />Periodic Inspection <br /> <br />Witness Reservoir Testing <br /> <br />Final Inspection and Certification <br /> <br />Prepare As-built Drawings <br /> <br />FEE <br /> <br />The work described can be performed for the following fees: <br /> <br />Phase One - <br /> <br />Investigation <br /> <br />(a} Basic Reservoir Services $ 12,000 <br />(b) Geotechnical Analysis 4,000 <br /> <br /> Total $16,000 <br /> <br />Phase Two - <br /> <br />Design <br /> <br /> (To be estimated at the conclusion of Phase One) <br /> <br /> <br />
