4. The electric facilities contemplated for construction within <br />Tract 4788 in the District include (a) the necessary excavation and backfill, <br />(b) the furnishing and installation of conduits and substructures located <br />within and necessary to serve Tract 4788 in the District (Electric Substruc- <br />tures), (c) the installation of new underground electric distribution <br />facilities that are to be connected to PGandE's existing electric distribution <br />system (Electric Facilities), and (d) the installation of new electric street <br />lighting service facilities (Street Lighting Service Facilities), all of <br />which are generally shown on the sketches marked Exhibit "A," attached and <br />made a part hereof and all of which are necessary to provide service to <br />potential new commercial and industrial applicants in Tract 4788 in the <br />District, except for additions and modifications required to provide electric <br />service when load and service locations are determined. <br /> <br /> 5. City and Developer have further requested that Electric and <br />Street Lighting Service Facilities be installed by PGandE and the Electric <br />Substructures be installed by Developer prior to PGandE's receipt of appli- <br />cations for permanent electric service from two or more enterprises as <br />defined in PGandE's Electric Rule No. 15.2, Underground Extensions Within <br />New Commercial and Industrial Developments (Electric Extension Rule), on <br />file with the California Public Utilities Commission (Commission), a copy of <br />which is attached and made a part hereof. <br /> <br /> 6. The final design and installation of all of the Electric <br />Facilities cannot be completed at this time since the electric loads and <br />service locations cannot be determined until land is sold or leased in <br />Tract 4788 in the District to various applicants who will install electric <br />loads and apply to PGandE for their specific electric service requirements. <br /> <br />2: <br /> <br /> <br />
