City <br />Developer <br />Division <br />District <br />Customer Accounting <br />Plant Accounting <br />Commercial <br /> <br /> REFERENCE <br />ELECTRIC GM 4331781 <br /> <br /> AGREEMENT FOR INSTALLATION, MAINTENANCE <br />AND OPERATION OF NEW UNDERGROUND ELECTRIC <br />FACILITIES COMMERCIAL-INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT <br />AND STREET LIGHTING SERVICE <br /> <br /> THIS AGREEMENT is made by CITY OF PLEASANTON, a California <br />municipal corporation (City), DELTA PRQPERTIES, a general partnership' <br />(Developer), and PACIFIC GAS AND ELECTRIC COMPANY, a California corporation <br />(PGandE). <br /> <br /> RECITALS: <br /> <br /> 1. City, pursuant to the provisions of the Municipal Improvement <br />Act of 1913, on April 28, 1981 adopted Resolution of Intention No. 81-124 <br />which, as amended, provides for the formation of a special assessment dis- <br />trict designated Assessment District No. 1981-1, known as Pleasanton Park, <br />Tract 4788 (District) to construct improvements including, among other <br />things, the installation of underground electric and street lighting service <br />facilities within the boundaries of the District as shown on the map entitled <br />"Proposed Boundaries of Assessment District No. 1981-1, Pleasanton Park, <br />Pleasanton, Alameda County, California." <br /> <br /> 2. Developer is the owner of the commercial/industrial tract of <br />land known as Tract 4788 (Development) within the District. <br /> <br /> 3. City and Developer have requested that certain underground, <br />electric and street lighting service facilities be constructed prior to <br />receiving applications for service within Tract 4788 in the District. <br /> <br />l: <br /> <br /> <br />
