Section 6: The City Council further finds that this project <br /> conforms to the requirements and Durposes of the <br /> City's zoning ordinance, is in the best interests <br /> of the Dublic health, safety, and general welfare, <br /> and is consistent with the goals and policies of <br /> the Pleasanton General Plan.
