EXHIBIT "A" <br /> <br />10. <br /> <br />11. <br /> <br />That the development be substantially as shown on the <br />site plan, elevations and landscape plan, Exhibit A, <br />on file with the Planning Division. <br /> <br />That a final landscape plan be submitted to the Planning <br />Division for approval prior to issuance of a building <br />permit. <br /> <br />That the colors of the buildings be submitted to the <br />Planning Division for approval prior to issuance of <br />a building permit. <br /> <br />That the development shall meet all requirements of <br />Article 16 (off-street parking facilities) of the <br />Zoning Code of the City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br />That the developer and prospective owner/lessee shall <br />be aware that there is a pending application for PUD <br />zoning and development plan approval (PUD-81-30) which <br />includes the subject property. If approved, all terms <br />and conditions of case PUD-81-30 shall apply to the <br />subject property. <br /> <br />That approval of Z-83-232 is subject to all conditions <br />of approval of case MS-82-13 approving Parcel Map 3858. <br /> <br />That the development shall meet all requirements of the <br />Pleasanton Fire Code. <br /> <br />That no materials, supplies or equipment including company <br />owned or operated trucks and motor vehicles shall be stored <br />in any area on the site except inside or behind a solid <br />visual barrier which screens such areas from surrounding <br />properties and public streets. Each barrier shall be at <br />least 6 ft. in height· <br /> <br />That the street number of the buildings be posted so as <br />to be easily seen from the street at all times, day and <br />night. Street numbers shall be clearly displayed on all <br />rear doors when a building has more than one tenant. <br /> <br />That all ducts, meters, air conditioning equipment, and <br />any other mechanical equipment, whether on the structure, <br />on the ground, or elsewhere, be effectively screened <br />from view with materials architecturally compatible <br />with the main structure. <br /> <br /> <br />
