levels in residential areas; off-site streetscape <br />beautification; and other benefits enumerated in <br />the Hacienda Business Park Project, and this <br />discrete project, staff reports, public hearings, <br />and applicant presentations. <br /> <br />Section 6: The City Council further finds that this project <br /> conforms to the requirements and purposes of the <br /> City's zoning ordinance, is in the best interests <br /> of the public health, safety, and general welfare, <br /> and is consistent with the goals and policies of <br /> the Pleasanton General Plan.
