EXHIBIT "A" 11. That the development be substantially as shown on the site plan, elevations and landscape plan, Exhibit A, on file with the Planning Division. That the eastern overhead doors on the sounh sides of both buildings shall be increased in size to at least 14 ft. x 14 ft. in order to provide the minimum 12 ft. wide x 45 ft. loading berths required by code,for industrial buildings of this size. If approved, all terms and conditions of case PUD-81-30 shall apply to the subject property. That approval of Z-83-190 is subject to all conditions of approval of case MS-82-13 approving Parcel Map 3858. That the development shall meet all requirements of the Pleasanton ['ire Code. That the permitted and conditionally permitted uses of the subject property shall be those of the L-I (Light Industrial) District. That no materials, supplies or equipment including company owned or operated trucks and motor vehicles shall be storad in any area on the site except inside or behind a selid visual barrier which screens such areas from surrounding properties and public streets. Each barrier shall be at least 6 ft. in height. That the street numbers of the buildings be posted so as to be easily seen ~rom the snreet at all times, day and night. Street nurmbers shall be clearly displayed on all rear doors when a building has more than one tenant.
