EXHIBIT "A" <br /> <br />11. <br /> <br />That the development be substantially as shown on the <br />site plan, elevations and landscape plan, Exhibit A, <br />on file with the Planning Division. <br /> <br />That the eastern overhead doors on the sounh sides of <br />both buildings shall be increased in size to at least <br />14 ft. x 14 ft. in order to provide the minimum 12 ft. <br />wide x 45 ft. loading berths required by code,for <br />industrial buildings of this size. <br /> <br />That a final landscape plan be <br />Division for approval prior to <br />permit. <br /> <br />submitted to the Planning <br />issuance of a building <br /> <br />That the colors of the buildings be submitted to the <br />Planning Division for approval prior to issuance of <br />a building permit. <br /> <br />That the development shall meet all requirements of <br />Article 16 (off-street parking facilities) of the <br />Zoning Code of the City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br />That the developer and prospective owner/lessee shall <br />be aware that there is a pending application for PUD <br />zoning and development plan approval (PUD-81-30) which <br />includes the subject property. If approved, all terms <br />and conditions of case PUD-81-30 shall apply to the <br />subject property. <br /> <br />That approval of Z-83-190 is subject to all conditions <br />of approval of case MS-82-13 approving Parcel Map 3858. <br /> <br />That the development shall meet all requirements of <br />the Pleasanton ['ire Code. <br /> <br />That the permitted and conditionally permitted uses of <br />the subject property shall be those of the L-I (Light <br />Industrial) District. <br /> <br />That no materials, supplies or equipment including <br />company owned or operated trucks and motor vehicles <br />shall be storad in any area on the site except inside <br />or behind a selid visual barrier which screens such <br />areas from surrounding properties and public streets. <br />Each barrier shall be at least 6 ft. in height. <br /> <br />That the street numbers of the buildings be posted so <br />as to be easily seen ~rom the snreet at all times, day <br />and night. Street nurmbers shall be clearly displayed <br />on all rear doors when a building has more than one tenant. <br /> <br /> <br />
