REIMBURSEMENT AGREEMENT <br /> <br /> THIS IS AN AGREEMENT between the City of Pleasanton, a <br /> municipal corporation of the State of California (hereinafter <br /> "the City"), and Robert E. Meyer, an individual (hereinafter <br /> "the Developer"). <br /> <br /> The Developer is the developer of the land generally <br /> described as Meyer Center and more particularly described in the <br /> parcel map entitled "ParcelMap No. 3769, Meyer Cente~- <br /> Pleasanton, pages 30 through 35, inclusive, in the office of the <br /> County Recorder of the County of Alameda, State of California. <br /> Th~ Developer has constructed within Meyer Center certain <br /> improvements designed for public use, as more fully described <br /> hereafter. The parties intend that these improvements shall be <br /> transferred to the City for public use and the City shall <br /> reimburse Developer for development costs of the improvements, <br /> the development costs to be specially assessed against the land <br /> within Meyer Center benefiting from the improvements. The <br /> purpose of the agreement is to establish the terms of. the <br /> transfer and reimbursement of development costs. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE PARTIES AGREE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. IMPROVEMENTS TO BE TRANSFERRED.
