The acquisition of the following described improvements on the
<br />following streets:

<br />1. Morse Drive ~73 feet wide) commencing at Hopyard Road at a
<br />point 1050 feet, more or less, northerly of Stoneridge Drive,
<br />and extending westerly 650 feet, more or less, to Johnson Drive;
<br />
<br />2. Morse Drive (53 feet wide) commencing at Johnson Drive and
<br />extending westerly 950 feet, more or less, to Franklin Drive;
<br />
<br />3. Bradley Drive (53 feet wide) commencing at Stoneridge Drive
<br />at a point 800 feet, more or less, westerly of Hopyard Road, and
<br />extending northerly 300 feet, more or less, to Johnson Drive;
<br />
<br />4. Franklin Drive (73 feet wide) commencing at Stoneridge Drive
<br />at a point 1500 feet, more or less, westerly of Hopyard Road and
<br />extending northerly 350 feet, more or less, to Johnson DriVe;
<br />
<br />5. Franklin Drive (53 feet wide) commencing at Johnson Drive
<br />and continuing northerly 750 feet, more or less, to Morse Drive;
<br />
<br />6.. Franklin Drive (49 feet wide) commencing at Morse Drive and
<br />continuing northerly 550 feet, more or less, to a cul de sac;
<br />
<br />7. Franklin Drive (49 feet wide) commencing at the cul de sac
<br />and continuing easterly 950 feet, more or less, to Johnson

<br />the widening; and

<br />10. The widening of the westerly side of Hopyard Road by 20
<br />feet, more or less, commencing at Stoneridge Drive and extending
<br />northerly 900 feet, more or less, to Morse Drive; and continuing.
