RESOLUTION NO. 83-422 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING REIMBURSEMENT AGREEMENT <br /> <br /> ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 82-3, <br /> MEYER CENTER <br /> <br />resolves: <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Pleasanton <br /> <br />As a part of the proceedings for improvements in <br /> <br />Assessment District No. 82-3w Meyer Center, City of <br />Pleasanton, Alameda County, California, this Council <br />approves that certain agreement between the City of <br />Pleasanton and Robert E. Meyer, dated September 27, 1983, <br />and attached to this resolution. <br /> <br /> -The Mayor is authorized to sign the agreement and <br />the City Clerk is authorized to attest its execution. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution <br />was duly and regularly adopted by the City Council of the <br />City of Pleasantont Alameda County, California, at a <br />regular meeting thereof, held on the 27th day of September, <br />1983. <br /> <br />AYES: <br /> <br />Councilmembers BPandes~ MePcep, Mohp, Wood~ and MayoP ButleP <br /> <br />NOES: Councilmembers None <br /> <br />ABSENT: Councilmembers None <br /> <br />JAMES R.
