Johnson Drive;

<br />8. Johnson Drive (53 feet wide) commencing at Franklin
<br />Drive and extending easterly 650 feet, more or less, to
<br />Bradley Drive; continuing easterly and northerly 1000
<br />feet, more or less, to Morse Drive; continuing northerly
<br />500 feet, more or less, to Franklin Drive; and continuing
<br />northerly 250 feet, more or less, to its terminus;
<br />
<br />-9. The widening of the northerly side of Stoneridge Drive
<br />by 70 feet, more or less, commencing at Hopyard Road and
<br />extending westerly 750 feet, more or less, to Bradley
<br />Drive, continuing westerly 700 feet, more or less, to
<br />Franklin Drive; and continuing westerly 200 feet, more or
<br />less, to the terminus of the widening; and
<br />
<br />10. The widening of the westerly side of Hopyard Road by
<br />20 feet, more or less, commencing at Stoneridge Drive and
<br />extending northerly 900 feet, more or less, to Morse
<br />Drive; and continuing northerly 650 feet, more or less, to
<br />the terminus of the widening.

<br />The improvements consist of the following:
<br />
<br />a. clearing, grubbing, grading, base and asphaltic concrete and
<br /> concrete curbs and gutters;
<br />b. storm drainage facilities consisting of pipes, catch basins,
<br /> field inlets, manholes and appurtenances;
<br />c. water mains, services, valves, blowoffs, fire hydrants and
<br /> appurtenances;
<br />d. sanitary sewer mains, laterals, manholes and appurtenances;
<br />e. underground street lighting conduits and wires, street light
<br /> standards with luminaires, boxes, vaults and appurtenances;
<br />f. underground electric and telephone conduits, cables, manholes,
<br /> vaults, transformers and appurtenances and payment of PG&E and
<br /> PT&T
<br />g. underground gas pipes, valves, services and appurtenances and
<br /> payment of PG&E fees;
<br />h. median islands in streets described in paragraphs 1 and 4 above;
<br /> and
<br />i. miscellaneous items such as street name and traffic signs, a
<br /> traffic signal, street monuments, and striping.
<br />j. traffic signal.

<br />The acquisition of improvements within public service easements
<br />shown on Parcel Map No. 3769, recorded July 28, 1982, in Book 135 of
<br />Maps at pages 30-35 in the office of the County Recorder, Alameda
<br />County, California, as follows:
<br />
<br />1. clearing, grubbing and formation of landscaping mounds;
<br />2. storm drain facilities consisting of pipes, field inlets and
<br /> appurtenances;
<br />3. paved driveways;
<br />4. water facilities consisting of water services, fire hydrants and
