RESOLUTION NO. 83-417 RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION OF INTENTION NO. 83-303 ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 82-3, MEYER CENTER The City Council of the City of Pleasanton resolves: .This Council hereby amends Resolution of Intention to Order Improvement in Assessment District No. 82-3, Meyer Center, Resolution No. 83-303, adopted by this Council on July 26, 1983, to read as follows: "The City Council of the City of Pleasanton resolves: This Council intends to order the following improvement under the authority of the Municipal Improvement Act of 1913: The acquisition of the following described improvements on the following streets: 1. Morse Drive (73 feet wide) commencing at Hopyard Road at a point 1050 feet, more or less, northerly of · Stoneridge Drive, and extending westerly 650 feet, more or less, to Johnson Drive; 2. Morse Drive (53 feet wide) commencing at John'son Drive and extending westerly 950 feet, more or less, to Franklin Drive; 3. Bradley Drive (53 feet wide) con~encing at Stoneridge Drive at a point 800 feet, more or less, westerly of Hopyard Road, and extending northerly 300 feet, more or less, to Johnson Drive; -4. Franklin Drive (73 feet wide) commencing at Stoneridge Drive at a point 1500 feet, more or less, westerly of Hopyard Road and extending northerly 350 feet, more or less, to Johnson Drive; 5. Franklin Drive (53 feet wide) commencing at Johnson Drive and continuing northerly 750 feet, more or less, to Morse Drive; -6. Franklin Drive (49 feet wide) commencing at Morse Drive and continuing northerly 550 feet, more or less, a cul de sac; to 7.
