appurtenances; <br /> 5. sanitary sewer laterals and appurtenances; <br /> 6. underground street lighting conduits and wires, street light <br /> standards with luminaires, boxes, vaults and appurtenances; <br /> 7. underground electric and telephone conduits, cables, manholes, <br /> vaults, transformers and appurtenances and payment of PG&E and <br /> PT&T fees; and <br />8. underground gas pipes, valves, services and appurtenances and <br /> payment of PG&E fees. <br /> <br />The acquisition of storm drain pipes in the following described <br />storm drain easements: <br /> <br />A. A 24-foot wide storm drain easement commencing at Franklin Drive <br />at a point 400 feet, more or less, northerly of Stoneridge Drive and <br />extending 215 feet westerly, more or less, to its terminus in the <br />easterly line of the ACFCWCD easement. <br /> <br />B. A 24-foot wide storm drain easement commencing at Franklin Drive <br />at a point 1200 feet, more or less, northerly of Stoneridge Drive <br />and extending 240 feet westerly, more or less, to its terminus in <br />the.easterly line of the ACFCWCD easement. <br /> <br />C. A 24-foot wide storm drain easement commencing at Franklin Drive <br />at a point 1450 feet, more or less, northerly of Stoneridge Drive <br />and extending 270 feet westerly, more or less, to its terminus in <br />the easterly line of the ACFCWCD easement. <br /> <br />The acquisition of storm drain pipes and headwalls in a portion of <br />the Alameda County Flood Control and Water Conservation District <br />easement recorded as document RE2873IM70 (about 67 feet wide) <br />commencing at Stoneridge Drive and extending northerly 2100 feet, <br />more or less, to its terminus. <br /> <br />The acquisition of a sanitary sewer pipe and steel casing by boring <br />and jacking under Hopyard Road at a location 1000 feet, more or <br />less, northerly of Stoneridge Drive. <br /> <br />The acquisition of all lands, street rights-of-way and the <br />acquisition or construction of all auxiliary work necessary to <br />complete the above described improvements. <br /> <br />The maintenance of landscaping until July 1, 1984. <br /> <br /> ~-This Council finds that the land specially benefited by <br />the improvement is shown within the boundaries of the map entitled, <br /> <br />'Proposed Boundary of Assessment District No. 82-3, Meyer <br /> <br />Center-Pleasanton, City Of Pleasanton, Alameda County, California.' <br /> <br />This map has been.approved by the City Council and is now on file <br /> <br /> <br />
