9.20.83 <br />C169-323 <br />AG92 <br /> <br />construction of an at-grade crossing for the extension of <br />Valley Avenue near Stanley Boulevard. <br /> <br /> Do The City of Pleasanton intends to apply to <br />the PUC for approval of construction of (1) an at-grade <br />crossing of Valley Avenue near Stanley Boulevard and (2) an <br />at-grade crossing of Valley Avenue near Busch Road. <br /> <br /> E. Valley is the owner of certain lands within <br />the area to be served by the proposed Valley Avenue <br />extension. Valley has volunteered to provide certain <br /> <br />funding in advance of the formation of the Valley Avenue <br />Extension Improvement District to accelerate the <br />construction of the extension of Valley Avenue. Valley will <br /> <br />provide the funding in order that <br />expeditiously to obtain PUC approval <br />the railroad crossings. <br /> <br />the City can proceed <br />of the construction of <br /> <br />Valley Avenue Extension Improvement District. <br /> <br /> G. The City has contracted with <br />parties to obtain the work necessary to make <br /> <br />The City has agreed to cooperate to form the <br /> <br />the following <br />application to <br /> <br />the PUC: Jim Squieri, Graham & James, PUC lawyer; Bob <br />Barton, De Leuw, Cather & Company, grade separation <br />engineer; Pete Ruggeri, Bissell & Karn, civil engineers.
