Our <br />services will generally include surveying and mapping, followed by a site utilization study <br />to develop a Master Plan for future development and use of the property. A detailed <br />description of the scope of our work is attached. <br /> <br />Our estimated fee for the described services is as follows: <br /> <br />O <br />O <br /> <br />O <br /> <br />Aerial Photo and Topographic Map $ 5,000 <br />Engineering Investigations and Studies 5,000 <br />Planning Studies and Development of Master Plan and <br /> Study Report ~ <br /> Total Estimated Fee <br /> <br />Please note that the scope does not include a soils investigation. The aerial planametric <br />and topo map will be developed to an accuracy of ± 2/10ths of a foot with 1-foot contours <br />and/or spot elevations as necessary to indicate the contour oi the land. <br /> <br />Our staff is prepared to proceed with the work within seven days oi your authorization to <br />proceed.
