CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 83-403 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH RUTH AND <br />GOING, INC. FOR PLEAS~ITON TREATMErIT PlJjqT AND <br />CORPORATION YARD SITE UTILIZATION STUDY <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The City Council approves the agreement between <br /> the City of Pleasanton and Ruth and Going, Inc. for <br /> the Pleasanton Treatment Plant and corporation yard <br /> site utilization study, a copy of September 9, 1983 <br /> proposal is attached hereto and the agreement shall <br /> be based upon this proposal. <br /> <br />Section 2: Authorizes the Mayor to execute the above- <br /> described agreement. <br /> <br />Section 3: Authorizes a supplemental appropriation to bring <br /> the total funds authorized for this work to $20,000; <br /> i.e. an increase to the 1983-84 Capital Improvement <br /> Program (Sewer Projects) of $10,000. <br /> <br />Section 4: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED SEPTEMBER 27, 1983 BY THE FOLLOWING <br />VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br /> <br />Councilmembers - Brandes, Mercer, Mohr, Wood and <br /> <br /> Mayor Butler <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> ROBERT E. <br /> <br />B D G D <br /> y oris eorge, eputy City Clerk <br /> <br />BUTLER, <br /> <br />MAYOR <br /> <br /> <br />
