At the <br />time of the transfer of the Pacific Telephone Property, Pru- <br />dential assigned to Pacific Telephone, subject to City ap- <br />proval as provided in this Second Amended Agreement, sewage <br />capacity ("Pacific Telephone Capacity"), in the amount of <br />the greater of (1) Two Hundred Eighty (280) gallons average <br />day dry weather flow of sewage capacity or (2) the amount of <br />sewage capacity which City or appropriate public entity <br />required Pacific Telephone to purchase.
