The transfers occurred on August 13, 1982. <br /> <br /> M. In order to equalize the value of the real <br />property transferred pursuant to the Exchange Agreement, <br />Prudential sold to CPP the portion of the Initial Prudential <br />Property shown as Lot 28 on Parcel Map 3858. The sale <br />occurred on September 29, 1982. <br /> <br /> N.
