Property. The Latter Day Saints Property is more fully <br />described in Exhibit 3, attached hereto. <br /> <br /> I. On August 15, 1981, Prudential acquired from <br />Southern Pacific Industrial Development Company certain real <br />property ("Southern Pacific Property") which is contiguous <br />to the Willow West Property. The Southern Pacific Property <br />is more fully described in Exhibit 4, attached hereto. The <br />Willow West Property, the Latter Day Saints Property and the <br />Southern Pacific Property are hereinafter collectively re- <br />ferred to as the "Initial Prudential Property". <br /> <br /> J. On March 15, 1982, CPP acquired certain real <br />property ("Initial CPP Property") in the City of Pleasanton <br />from A1 Bruner ("Bruner"), pursuant to a Grant of Option to <br />Purchase Real Property, as amended ("CPP-Bruner Purchase <br />Agreement"). The Initial CPP Property, which is contiguous <br />to the Initial Prudential Property, is more fully described <br />in Exhibit 5, attached hereto. The Initial Prudential <br />Property and the Initial CPP Property, collectively, are <br />known as the "Hacienda Business Park". <br /> <br /> K. Pursuant to the CPP-Bruner Purchase Agreement, <br />Bruner transferred to CPP the Thirty-Nine (39) Residential <br />Discharge Equivalents ("Existing CPP Capacity") which were <br />allocated to Bruner pursuant to a Sewer Connection Permit <br />("Bruner Sewer Connection Permit") which Bruner purchased on <br />July 3, 1980.
