COPIES <br /> <br />City <br />Developer <br />District <br />Division <br />Customer Operations <br />Customer Accounting <br />Construction Accounting <br /> <br />SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT NO. 1 <br /> <br />REFERENCE <br /> <br />GM 4331781 <br /> <br /> TttIS FIRST SUPPLEMENTAI AGREEMENT is made by and among CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON, a California municipal corporation, DELTA PROPERTIES, a general <br />partnership (Developer) and PACIFIC GAS AND ELECTRIC COMPANY, a California <br /> <br />corporation (PGandE). <br /> RECITALS: <br /> <br /> 1. City, Developer and PGandE entered into an agreement dated <br />December 13, 1982 (ExiSting Agreement), whereby PGandE agreed, among other <br />things, to install Electric Facilities and Electric Substructures in advance <br />of PGandE's receipt of applications to serve any electric load within a <br />commercial or industrial tract of land known as Assessment District <br /> <br />No. 1981-1, Pleasanton Park, Tract No. 4788 (Development) in Pleasanton, <br />County of Alameda, State of California. <br /> <br /> 2. Pursuant to the Existing Agreement, PGandE agreed to install <br />certain Electric Facilities within the Development prior to receipt by PGandE <br />of applications to serve any electric ~oad in the Development. The estimated <br />value of such PGandE installed Electric Facilities is $54,822. The estimated <br />value of Electric Substructures installed by Developer is $6Z,433 and the <br />value of Electric Substructures utilized initially is $30,728. <br /> <br /> <br />
