CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 83-325 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH PACIFIC <br />GAS AND ELECTRIC C~PANY A~ID DELTA PROPERTIES <br />REGARDING ASSESSMENT DISTRICT 1981-1, PLEASANTON <br />PARK <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The City Council approves the agreement between <br /> the Cityof Pleasanton and Pacific Gas and Electric <br /> Company ComDany and Delta Properties, which is a <br /> supplement to the December 13, 1982 a~reement and <br /> which changes the method of paying service charge <br /> from a monthly payment of $1,326.00 to an equivalent <br /> one-time payment in the amount of $7,765.00, a copy of <br /> said supplemental agreement is attached hereto and <br /> incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br />Section 2: Authorizes the Mayor to execute the above-described <br /> supplemental agreement. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED AUGUST 9, 1983 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> <br />Councilmembers <br />None <br />Councilmember Mercer <br /> <br />- Brandes, Mohr, Wood and Mayor Butler <br /> <br /> ATTEST: None E~/~E~B~i~TIT_L~E, <br /> ROB MAYOR <br />~ames R. ~alker, ~ Clerk <br /> By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br />Br tant City <br />Attorney <br /> <br /> <br />
