XII. <br /> <br />XIII. <br /> <br />Distinctive Dial Ring - CENTREX can be equipped with a distinc- <br />tive ring to inform the station user whether a call is origi- <br />nating inside or outside of the sytem. This feature will not <br />work on key equipment. <br /> <br />9. Paging Access - CENTREX is capable of providing paging access <br /> in designated locations within the system. <br /> <br />10, <br /> <br />Speed Dialing - CENTREX permits the station user to dial fre- <br />quently called numbers both within and outside the system by <br />dialing a two- or three-digit code. <br /> <br />11. Station Hunt - CENTREX can route calls made to busy stations to <br /> a free station line with a prearranged group of stations. <br /> <br />12. Lockout - CENTREX automatically locks out the attendant, there- <br /> by, ensuring the privacy of each call. <br /> <br />13. Intercept - CENTREX will intercept calls to unassigned numbers <br /> and route them to a recording· <br /> <br />14. Transfer - CENTREX permits the user to transfer calls originat- <br /> ing from either within or outside the system to other stations <br /> on the system without requiring the caller to redial. <br /> <br />Station Equipment - Pacific Telephone will be able to provide <br />single and multi-line instruments from returned stock only. <br />Electronic telephone-executive/secretarial sets are not availabe <br />with CENTREX. <br /> <br />Optional System Feature <br />1. Optional Control Center - Pacific Telephone is in the process <br /> of testing its new optional control center for CENTREX. <br /> Pricing should be available in the third quarter of 1983. <br /> <br />2. Tenant Operator Console is quoted at $170.00 per month and <br /> $2710.00. <br /> <br />Least Cost Routing is available with CENTREX but a price cannot <br />be quoted without a definite configuration or pattern that will <br />be acceptable to the customer. <br /> <br />4. Message Waiting Lamps are available on CENTREX and again prices <br /> are determined by final configuration. <br /> <br />INSTALLATION REQUIREMENTS - Pacific Telephone is in accordance with all <br />requirements set forth by the City of Pleasanton in this RFP. <br /> <br />MAINTENANCE <br />A. Pacific Telephone shall guarantee the following minimum response <br /> time: <br /> Major Outages (as defined by the City of Pleasanton) - 4 hours <br /> Minor Outages - 24 hours <br /> <br /> <br />
