3. Dictation Access - CENTREX can provide internal stations access <br /> to the City's dictational equipment. <br /> <br />Direct Inward Dialing - CENTREX allows incoming calls from the <br />network or Central Office to reach a specific station line <br />without attendant intervention or assistance. CENTREX is <br />capable of accepting 3 or 4 digits from the Central Office. <br />The last 3 or 4 digits will correspond to the station number. <br />This feature carries no additional charge. <br /> <br />Levels of Restriction - CENTREX is capable of restricting the <br />call placement ability of both lines and stations, thereby, <br />reducing the possibility of unauthorized calls. <br /> <br />Power Failure Restart or'Transfer - CENTREX is equipped for <br />battery reserve in our Central Office with an automatic <br />transfer to a generator back-up. The back-up system is <br />designed for unlimited hours of operation. CENTREX dial tone <br />will always be working. <br /> <br />Remote System Access - CENTREX permits access from the outside <br />through the use of special access codes. The access code can <br />be able to be changed without vendor assistance. <br /> <br />8. Trunk Queuing - CENTREX does not provide trunk queuing. <br /> <br />9. Tone Dialing - CENTREX accepts Touch-tone dialing. <br /> <br />B. Station Features <br /> <br />1. Add On Conference - CENTREX permits any station to add on a <br /> third party either within or external to the system. <br /> <br />Automatic Call Back - CENTREX permits a call reaching a busy <br />station within the system to have the system complete the call <br />when the called station becomes free. <br /> <br />Call Forwarding - CENTREX permits the station user to have <br />incoming calls forwarded to any other station within the <br />system. If calls are not answered within a prescribed period <br />of time or number of rings, the call is forwarded back to an <br />attendant. <br /> <br />4. Call Hold - CENTREX permits aach station to place incoming and <br /> outgoing calls on hold. <br /> <br />5. Consultation Hold - CENTREX permits stations to place incoming <br /> and outgoing calls on consultation hold. <br /> <br />6. Data Privacy - CENTREX is equipped with data privacy. <br /> <br />Dial Call Pick Up - CENTREX permits one station, by dialing a <br />special code, to answer a call directed to another station <br />within a predetermined area. <br /> <br /> <br />
