connection with such acquisition, Ponderosa will allocate 25 sewer permits issued to Ponderosa by the Dublin-San Ramon Sewer District pursuant to the 1972 Settlement Agreement for utilization in the development of Parcel B in accordance with the schedule described hereinbelow. (See Exhibit C, Agreement between Howard C. Hansen, Ann Marie Mix, Ponderosa Homes and the City of Pleasanton dated April __, 1983). 3. All the terms and conditions of the Long-Term AKreement shall remain in full force and effect as to each parcel except as explicitly provided herein. 4.
