f. Identification <br /> <br />Any reports, plans or other finished work produced under this Agreement <br />shall carry the following notation on the front cover or the title page: <br /> <br />"The preparation of this report has been financed through a grant from <br />the U. S. Department of Transportation, Urban Mass T~ansportation <br />Administration, under the Urban Mass Transportation Act of 1964, <br />as amended. The contents of this report do not necessarily reflect <br />the official views or policy of the U. S. Department of <br />Transportation." <br /> <br />g. Ownership <br /> <br />Subject to the provisions of Section ll3 of the Urban Mass Transportation <br />Agreement referred to above, all reports, drawings, plans, studies, <br />memoranda, computation sheets and other documents assembled or prepared by <br />or for, or furnished to, Contractor under this Agreement shall be the <br />joint property of MTC and Contractor, and shall not be destroyed without <br />the prior written consent of MTC. <br /> <br />h. Transmittal <br /> <br />Contractor shall include a letter of transmittal with any reports, <br />documents or other materials to be submitted to MTC pursuant to this <br />Agreement. Such letters shall be addressed to: <br /> <br />Metropolitan Transportation Commission <br /> <br />Ciaremont Hotel <br /> <br />Berkeley, CA 94705 <br /> <br />All Transmittal letters shall be marked "Attention: Project Review <br />Coordinator", except for those accompanying financial reports, which shall <br />be marked "Attention: Accounting Section". <br /> <br />A-3 <br /> <br /> <br />
