b. Financial Report <br /> <br />Contractor shall prepare a financial report on MTC forms. The report <br />shall include but not be limited to a balance sheet and project <br />expenditure statement with supporting documentation, and shall be <br />submitted to MTC within forty five (45) calendar days after the <br />termination of this Agreement. <br /> <br />c. Technical Reports <br /> <br />Contractor shall prepare and submit to MTC three (3) copies of any reports <br />as may be required in the schedule of Deliverable Work Products in <br />Appendix C. <br /> <br />d. Project Report <br /> <br />1. Outline - Contractor shall prepare an outline of the Project <br />Report and submit it to MTC for review and approval in accordance <br />with the schedule in Appendix C. <br /> <br />2. Draft - Contractor shall prepare a draft Project Report in <br />conformance to the outline approved by MTC. The draft shall discuss <br />the work performed under this Agreement. Five (5) copies of the <br />draft Project Report shall be submitted to MTC for review and con~nent <br />in accordance with the schedule in Appendix C. <br /> <br />3. Final - Contractor shall prepare the final Project Report <br />reflecting consideration of MTC's comments on the draft. Contractor <br />shall submit fifteen (15) copies of the final Project Report approved <br />by the Project Steering Committee to MTC in accordance with the <br />schedule in Appendix C. <br /> <br />e. Subcontracts <br /> <br />Before execution of any subcontract, the Contractor shall furnish MTC with <br />a copy of the proposed subcontract to this Agreement, and any amendments <br />thereto. <br /> <br /> A-2 <br /> <br /> <br />
