A respread as a result of amended assessments based <br />on low construction bid with a final redistribution <br />of costs shall be included under this item of work. <br /> <br /> 2. Time of Payment of Engineer's Fee "A": Items to be <br />paid for on the basis of Engineer's Fee "A" shall be due and <br />payable to CONSULTING ENGINEER thirty (30) days from date of <br />invoice, in accordance with the following schedule: <br /> <br />Progress billings are to be made once each thirty <br />days during the progress of the work. <br /> <br /> 3. Work to be Included in Engineer's Fee "B": <br />Professional services to be performed under Engineer's Fee "B" <br />shall be on a time and materials basis not to exceed Three <br />Thousand Five Fundred Dollars ($3,500) without prior <br />authorization and shall include the following work: <br /> <br /> a. Review and preparation of supplemental right-of-way <br /> <br /> exhibits. <br /> <br /> b- Coordination and processing of survey maps. <br /> <br /> c. General engineering services necessary in processing <br /> <br /> of site development. <br /> <br /> 4.
