1. Determination of Fee and Work to be Included in <br /> <br /> Engineer's Fee "A": The total maximum fee for <br /> <br />Engineer's Fee "A" for preliminary and final engineer's <br />reports and assessment spreads shall be one percent (1%) of <br />the final project cost, including the estimated cost of work <br /> <br />assessed and not constructed and <br />may be ordered by the CITY which <br />services of CONSULTING ENGINEFR. <br /> <br />including Extra Work which <br />involves the professional <br /> <br />Work will be performed on a time and materials basis not to <br />exceed maximum Engineer's Fee "A" as set forth herein and <br />shall include the following: <br /> <br />a. Obtaininq property owners' names and addresses. <br /> <br />b. Preparation of an Assessment District boundary map <br /> <br /> and assessment diagram. <br /> <br />c. Preparation of rules for distributing assessments <br /> under supervision of the Director of Public Works. <br /> Preparation of the assessment roll, and such other <br /> documents as may be necessary in an assessment <br /> proceeding. <br /> <br />d. Furnishing trial spreads showing distribution of <br /> <br /> assessments for City review. <br /> <br />e. Furnishing itemization of District's share of project <br /> <br /> coats. <br /> <br />f. Furnishing ~O copies of Final Assessment Spread and <br /> bound Kngineer's Report. <br /> <br /> <br />
