charge basis, <br />Exhibit "A", <br /> <br />Where fee is based upon a time and materials <br />the charges shall be in accordance with attached <br />dated December 16, 1982. <br /> <br /> CONSULTING ENGINEER agrees to utilize tolthe <br />maximum extent feasible existing North Pleasanton Improvement <br />District maps, surveys, plans, and other documents which may <br />exist now or in the future in order to minimize costs and to <br />avoid duplication of work. <br /> <br /> CONSULTING ENGINEER shall correct, at his <br />expense, all errors of omission or commission which may be <br />disclosed during the review of the CONSULTING ENGINEERS work. <br />Costs of correction of errors of omission or commission of the <br />CONSULTING ENGINEER disclosed during construction shall be <br />charged to CONSULTING ENGINEER by deducting said costs from <br />the final payment or by direct billing, to be paid by <br />CONSULTING ENGINEER within 30 days of receipt of invoice. <br /> <br /> Any redesign of any portion of the project <br />necessitated by changes in concept or by changes in scope or <br />criteria, after receiving final CITY approval for that portion <br />of the project and estimates of costs of facilities for which <br />plans and specifications are not subsequently authorized by <br />the CITY will be considered as Extra Work. Compensation for <br />items Of Extra Work will be based upon time and material <br />charge rates. <br /> <br /> <br />
