connection therewith, CONSULTING ENGINEER shall provide <br />overall coordination of the project, perform liaison and <br />communication functions with CITY staff, in addition to <br />frequent consultation service, interpret plans and <br />specifications, prepare assessment boundary map and assessment <br />diagram, assessment district engineers report, review cost <br />estimates, and other engineering services where required. <br /> <br /> 3. Sufficiency of Engineering Work: CONSULTING ENGINEER <br />agrees that all engineering work performed for CITY shall be <br />proper professional engineering services and shall be adequate <br />and sufficient to meet the purposes for which it is performed, <br />that said work shall be in accord with the standards and <br />criteria of CITY, and that said work be completed to allow the <br />scheduling of a public hearing and sale of bonds for <br />improvements, where applicable. <br /> <br /> 4. Title to Documents: All maps, plans, exhibits, <br />and detailed drawings, reports, work data, and all other <br />documents prepared or prescribed by CONSULTING ENGINEER in the <br />performance of this Agreement shall become the property of <br />CITY upon completion and acceptance of work. <br /> <br /> 5. Payment of Services: In consideration of the <br />faithful performance of this Agreement by CONSULTING ENGINFER, <br />CITY agrees to pay CONSULTING ENGINEER an Engineer's Fee "A" <br />which shall cover all services set forth in Paragraph hereof, <br />and an Englneer's Fee "B" for optional additional work set <br />forth in Paragraph hereof. <br /> <br /> <br />
