ASSESSMENT DISTRICT 1982-6 <br />FIRE STATION AND FIRE TRAINING TOWER <br /> <br />CONTRACT FOR ENGINEERING SPRVICES <br /> <br /> THIS AGREEMENT is made by the CITY OF PLEASANTON, a <br />Municipal Corporation whose address is 200 Bernal Avenue, <br /> <br />Pleasanton, California. 94566, <br />"CITY", and MARK THOMAS & CO. <br />and Municipal Planners, whose <br />Street, San Jose, California, <br />as "CONSULTING ENGINEER". <br /> <br />hereinafter referred to as <br />INC., Consulting Civil Engineers <br />address is 18 North San Pedro <br />95110, hereinafter referred to <br /> <br />RFCITALS <br /> <br /> CONSULTING ENGINEER is a duly licensed and qualified <br />engineer, experienced in providing engineering services for <br />all types of water system improvements, the preparation of <br />plans and specifications for said improvements, and estimating <br />costs thereof, and is experienced as a consulting engineer in <br />all matters connected therewith, and has offered his services <br />for the purposes specified in this agreement. <br /> <br /> It is urgently necessary to complete with the utmost <br />dispatch the projects which are the subject of this agreement <br />and CITY personme] would not be available to desjqn and could <br />not be made available to design the projects in the time frame <br />necessary. <br /> <br /> <br />
