CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 83-149 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH MARK THO~iAS <br />AND COMPanY, INC.
