- 5- <br /> <br />II. Responsibility of CITY <br /> <br /> CIrf agrees to construct the Project and, in furtherance thereof, agrees <br />to do the following: <br /> <br /> A. Prepare all engineering plans, specifications and estimates for <br />the project, including all ZONE 7 related items and modifications to the <br />Project as a result of ZONE 7 review. <br /> <br /> B. Secure all responsible agency approvals, permits, and other <br />requirements. <br /> <br /> C. Administer and inspect the Project's contract and bill ZONE 7 for <br />those items of responsibility cited in Section I. <br /> <br /> D. CITY shall pay the full cost (100%) of hauling the removed <br />material from the Arroyo Mocho dredging as covered in Section I.Bo <br /> <br /> E. CITY shall install and pay for all fencing and gates necessary <br />for ZONY to gain access to their Well No. 4 site via the Pleasanton <br />Canal maintenance road for major repairs. <br /> <br />III. O~mership <br /> <br /> A. Upon acceptance of construction by both agencies, the ownership <br />of the 12-inch water line and the telemetry conduit shall rest with <br />ZOO! 7. <br /> <br /> <br />
